1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Barbara's Sleep Stories grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement and the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Application or its audio assets.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright and trademark notices) of Barbara's Sleep Stories.

3. Third-Party Store Terms

You acknowledge and agree that this EULA is concluded between you and Barbara's Sleep Stories only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Application and the content thereof.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Barbara's Sleep Stories. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.
